Crash on an unknown planet

While on a mission in space to collect samples of unknown materials you and your crew crash on an unknown planet after your ship breaks down. You wake up heavily bruised on a beach, but with no major injuries. You look around and you see Ella and Mark a few meters away from you. They are also only bruised and further away is only a small part of your ship where you three were just before the crash having lunch. "What the hell happened?" Ella asked. "Something must have hit us and the engine shut down," called Mark. Your task is to find other survivors and find a way home. Ella packs a bag with leftover water, food, and other supplies ready to go, but Mark doesn't want to go because he's scared of the unknown planet. Your task is to find other survivors and leave this planet, not to be a scaredy-cat, and let Ella do it on her own when she needs help. [[Go look for the crew with Ella.]]

You and Ella enter the nearby jungle and start walking on the main path there. After walking for quite a while you and Ella start to feel thirsty, but the bag with the remaining water and food stayed with Mark. The weather is hot. The sun is shining with no clouds in the sky. Luckily you hear a stream nearby. [[You go look because the thirst and heat are unbearable.]] [[You go on without looking because finding the survivors is more important.]]

You both go off the main path to follow the sound of the water not knowing the land and risking your lives. After a while, you finally find a deep dark lake. Ella runs to the lake excitedly. [[You start running too and join her in jumping into the water.]] [[You don't run, you let her go first.]]

As you enjoy the cool water of the lake Ella gets dragged under the water by an enormous creature. You try to swim as fast as you can to the shore, but you're not fast enough and the monster tears you apart as well. [[Start again.]]

You laugh at how excited Ella is so you let her jump in the water and watch her laugh and enjoy the cool water. "Come on! It's awesome! Just what I needed," she shouts. As you start to slowly get in the water Ella gets dragged under the water screaming. You watch her as she struggles for air fighting and then the color of the lake turns bright red and everything gets quiet again. You feel anxious and shattered by what you've just witnessed. Now you're even more scared since you have to walk the unknown planet alone. The main path suddenly branches to the left path (which looks kind of like the one you've been following until now) and the right path (the road is barely visible, it leads to a more dense and darker rainforest). [[Go left.]] [[Go right.]]

You can't find Mark anywhere. "Mark?" you start shouting, but no response. You start to hear branches cracking on the ground nearby. [[Check it out.]]

You choose the left path, as the right one seems scarier. As you walk you start to notice how clean and in good condition the road is. As if someone is taking care of it. Your heart sinks as you frantically look around but don't see anybody. [[Stay on the path and keep moving.]] [[Go back to the crossroad.]]

You bravely choose the more frightening path. As you go on you start to have a very uncomfortable feeling as if someones watching you. You start to walk quicker and keep looking over your shoulder, overthinking what it might be. You stressed yourself out so much that now you're basically sprinting, constantly looking back, overlooking the fact that you've exited the jungle and you fall down a cliff to death. [[Start again.]]

You can't turn back now that you've lost time by looking for the lake so you decide to keep walking in this direction. You start to hear weird sounds as if someone was around you and the branches kept breaking underneath them. You start walking quickly, almost running, as you keep looking around yourself. The anxiety overwhelms your whole mind that you don't even notice you ran into some kind of a camp. Luckily there's no one there, but the fire isn't burnt out yet. [[Search the camp.]] [[Hide and wait if someone comes.]]

You run to the crossroad looking at the dark and scary right path. [[Go right.]]

You decide to search the camp, even though you are aware of how dangerous it is, but your thirst is unbearable at this point. All you seem to see are burnt out fires and dirty primitive clothes, but as you enter the biggest primitive shelter you see a backpack just like Ella's. You take it and head out when someone jumps you and knocks you out. When you finally wake up you feel blood running down your head. You want to wipe it off but you realize your hands are tied. You look around and you see someone who looks like a neanderthal sleeping around a fire, he has a spear in his hand. There is also a lot of noise in the individual primitive shelters. "Hey, you!" you hear someone whispering immediately. "Don't talk and don't make a noise." You move your head to the right and see Jake, another crew member and your best friend, tied up 2 meters away from you. He points his eyes to a knife he has on his belt. "Slowly try to get to me, hopefully, you'll be able to get it and cut us free!" [[Start asking Jake how he ended up here.]] [[Try to slowly get the knife.]]

You hide in a nearby bush to wait if someone comes. Many hours pass by and finally, you see someone walking to the camp. A group of neanderthal-like creatures start to walk into their primitive shelters. At the very end, you see Jake! Your best friend and a crew member from the ship. [[Scream for his attention.]] [[Keep waiting.]]

You walk towards the sound and you see a huge catlike monster with blood on its mouth and Mark's body under it. As you try to slowly back off, it is too late, you have interrupted the feeding beast and it attacks you too tearing you apart. [[Start again.]]

"Shh! I told you not to talk, you idiot!" Jake shouts waking up the guard. He screams for help as he throws his spear hitting Jake. Five more neanderthals come running with stones to stone you to death. [[Start again.]]

You slowly wiggle yourself towards Jake making pauses to check if nothing's happening or going wrong. You reach for the knife and begin to cut the ropes. Yourself first and as you are cutting Jake's ropes you see the guard slowly waking up. [[Run away leaving Jake behind.]] [[Sit back down at your spot and wait.]]

As you're running away from the camp you hear Jake's screams as he's being killed. You keep walking forward not even knowing where and you're quiet because you're trying to process what happened in the last few hours. You walk for about an hour and you're exhausted, but you see a piece of shining metal in front of you. It looks like the escape pod from your ship. [[Run immediately to the pod.]] [[Go look around just to make sure.]]

"Jake! Jake!" you run out of the bush towards Jake, but the creatures quickly go after you knocking you out. When you finally wake up you feel blood running down your head. You want to wipe it off but you realize your hands are tied. You look around and you see someone who looks like a neanderthal sleeping around a fire, he has a spear in his hand. "Hey, you!" you hear Jake whispering. "Don't talk and don't make a noise." He points with his eyes on a knife he has on his belt signifying you to get to it and cut both free. [[Start asking Jake how he ended up here.]] [[Try to slowly get the knife.]]

You see them sitting him on the ground. One of the creatures starts to make a fire, which is a long process and you start to get tired. The guard gets tired too after finishing the fire so he falls asleep with a spear in his hand. Now's your time. [[Slowly get to Jake.]] [[Don't risk being caught and walk away from the camp leaving Jake behind.]]

He's so happy to see you, but he doesn't say a word, only points with his eyes on a knife he has on his belt. [[Cut Jake's ropes and leave the camp.]]

You slowly get up to walk away from the camp when Jake sees you leaving and starts screaming for your help waking the guard up. [[Start running away.]] [[Run to Jake and set him free.]]

The guard woke up, checked the surroundings, and seeing everything was okay he went right back to sleep. [[Cut Jake's ropes and leave the camp.]]

You and Jake run from the camp, hoping they won't chase you. Your heart is racing. You're walking forward not even knowing where, you're all quiet because you're trying to process what happened in the last few hours. You walk for about an hour and you're exhausted, but you see a piece of shining metal in front of you. It looks like the escape pod from your ship. [[Run immediately to the pod.]] [[Look around just to be safe.]]

You tried your best to run to him, but you didn't make it and got caught and both of you were killed. [[Start again.]]

You both fight temptation and keep on going. Suddenly the main path branches to the left path (which looks kind of like the one you've been following until now) and the right path (the road is barely visible, it leads to a more dense and darker rainforest). It looks like she's been through a lot too, messy hair, injured body, frightened face. It seems like she doesn't recognize you, she's screaming at you pointing her gun at you. Before you can say anything to calm her down she shoots all of you. [[Start again.]]

You look around because now you know that danger is everywhere around here. You see someone guarding the pod holding a gun. She seems familiar. It's your last crew member Sarah. She looks like she's been through a lot too, messy hair, injured body, frightened face. "Sarah? Is that you?" you slowly approach her. "Do you recognize me? Do you remember what happened?" Instead of replying she points her gun at you. "Sarah no! It's okay, this is Jake, a part of our crew! We are your friends, put the gun down and let's go home Sarah, please," you stop and calmly talk to her. It seems like your words calmed her down because she lowers the gun and starts crying. You, Sarah, and Jake get into the pod and go home. You made it home, but you could have saved Ella, but you left her there to die. So, is that really success? [[Let's play again.]]

Instead of replying she points her gun at you. "Sarah no! It's okay, this is Ella and Jake, they're part of our crew! We are your friends, put the gun down and let's go home Sarah, please," you stop and calmly talk to her. It seems like your words calmed her down because she lowers the gun and starts crying.
